We secured a photo blind in January. You have to reserve it in January or you won't get one.

These blinds are 8 feet long - 6 feet wide and 4 feet tall. Just right for 2 people. Rowe Sanctuary offers these blinds.

Not only do you get to see thousands of cranes right out your window. You hear them all night long. It really is like being at an IMAX theatre, but you are really there.


When you wake up to thousands of these amazing birds it is well worth it.

I wanted to get some pics of the cranes taking off. This ugly little sand and mud bar was the run way.

What a way to start the day.
