These shots were taken around 3:00 in the afternoon. Pretty bright sun. I was coming back to our cabin from some great fishing.
I also knew that I was going to be fishing in the evening so I took the shots.
Can't always have everything. But I like the look. It is intense...but there is softness in the background.
Any thoughts?

I shot with this set up because I did not want to trample the flowers. Not because I was afraid of the butterflies. Though I am not a big fan of bees - and they were everywhere as well. I had a bad experience with a bee in WI when I was a kid. And no, I do not want to talk about it.
