So Linda and I went on a hot air balloon ride last weekend to celebrate her birthday. I, know it was a little late. But in NE there are not a lot of days that work to fly a hot air balloon.

But we finally got to take the ride. I have to say, it was awesome. We flew out of Springfield, NE. The winds were out of the north which would carry us over the Platte River.

I wanted to take some pics with the shadow of the hot air balloon. I think it adds to the moment.

If you have never flown in a hot air balloon put it on your bucket list.
