The Stars Of The Show

Here is the reason to come to NE. The Sandhill Crane migration is just awesome. 500,000 of these amazing birds show up in an 80 mile stretch of the Platte River each March. It is simply amazing.

Now is the time to get here. I don't know of a better place in the U.S to get the chance to see one of the world's great migration.

So grab your gear - if you have a 300 that would be great. These birds don't like humans. They are hunted everywhere else in the U.S. except here.

For more information contact the people at Rowe Sanctuary. They are experts and love to share what they have learned about these guys. They have a wonderful visitor center and provide great access to the Platte River.

See you out there!
