So after getting some normal shots of the First National Building I decided to mess around. This is really pretty simple - set your camera on f22. This produces a long exposure. I am hand holding this shot.
One of the things I try to do is to make sure the first few seconds I hold as still as I can so that the building is recognizable. Then a just move the camera around. That produces the streaks. Try it. It is fun and it does not cost you a thing.
