Went to Lake Manawa this morning hoping to see Eagles - sure enough there were a lot of them. Lake Manawa is a good sized lake outside of Omaha. This guy was eating a blue gill. The shooting was difficult there - it is luck of the draw if you get a clean look at them.
I showed you this one - just so that you could get an idea of how close you can get if you stay in your car. If you go - use your car as a blind - if you get out they will bug out.
If you are in the Omaha area it is worth a look.
