The Sandhill Crane Migration is just spectacular. If you have never seen this event you must put it on the calendar. It is a bucket list event for the birder and wildlife photographer.

The sun has already gone down. We were loosing light fast and the cranes decided to come to the river. I grabbed my fastest lens - the 50 1.4 - pushed up the ISO and fired away.
