We continued south towards the Kenai River. I thought perhaps we could find some critters there. We stopped at a little hot dog stand on the Kenai and inquired about wildlife. A guy who had lived in that area for 50+ years said - you are 5 miles from the Russian River. Go down there and you will find fisherman, salmon and bears.
